病因/发病机理

Cause & Pathogenesis

• 在泌乳牛中引起急性高度传染性乳房炎

Cause of acute highly contagious mastitis in dairy cows

• 快速传播至牛的各个住处（？）和关节（全身阶段）

Rapidly spreads to all quarters and joints of cows (Systemic phase)

• 将会从感染的牛奶传染给牛犊引起肺炎和关节炎

Will spread to calves from infected milk causing pneumonia and arthritis
危险因素

Risk Factors

• 牛群中引进携带病原的牛只

Introduction of carrier cows into herd

• 使用普通乳房炎的注射器

Use of common mastitis syringe tube

• 临床症状
  Clinical Findings
• 可能爆炸性爆发

May be explosive outbreaks

• 引起严重乳房炎—牛奶呈黄褐色至棕色水样，有可以浮动的沙样絮片

Causes severe mastitis – milk watery tan-brown with sandy flakes that float

• 仍有食欲                    Cows continue to eat
• 治疗无效                    No response to treatment
• 用标准的方法培养牛奶阴性Negative milk cultures using standard methods

• 牛群爆发涉及多数地方  Herd outbreak involving multiple quarters
• 治疗无效                    No response to treatment
• 可涉及关节                May involve joints
• 特殊的牛奶培养技术      Special milk culture techniques

预防

Prevention & Control

• 对所有牛只做系列培养，阳性淘汰

Serial culture all cows and cull

• 治疗乳房炎时，单独应用注射器

Use individual tubes for treating mastitis

• 不要给牛犊喂已感染的牛奶

Do not feed infected milk to calves
