Cause and Incidence
· 未知有特定病因，或许与分娩应激和高谷类日粮有关Specific cause is unknown but maybe associated stress of calving and high grain diets
· 与牛的白血病和病毒性腐蚀疾病有关

Associated with bovine leucosis and viral erosive diseases
· 见于犊牛从吃乳向固体日粮转换期
Seen in calves at the time of transition from milk to solid diet
· 见于成年奶牛和犊
Seen in adult dairy cows and calves
临床症状



Clinical signs
I型（无穿孔和无出血）Type 1
(non perforating and non bleeding)
· 轻度瓣胃疼痛

Mild abdominal pain
II型（出血）



Type 11 (bleeding)
· 停食和无乳


Off feed and no milk
· 轻度瓣胃疼痛

Mild abdominal pain
· 黑类症（少量的、黑色的、柏油样粪便）
Melena (scant, dark, tarry stool
· 贫血，可能死亡
Anemia and may die
III型（穿孔）



Type 111 (perforating)
· 局部腹膜炎和与铁器病类似的症状
Local peritonitis and signs similar to hardware
· 磨牙




Teeth grinding
IV型（穿孔）



Type 1V (perforating)
· 弥漫性腹膜炎（溃疡破裂）
Diffuse peritonitis (ulcer ruptures)
· 几小时内休克，死亡

Prognosis
· I型——好




Type 1 – good
· II型——警惕



Type 11 – guarded
· III型——警惕



Type 111 – guarded
· IV型——不良

预防




Control
· 避免突然更换日粮

Avoid sudden changes in diet
· 含充足的粗饲料

Include adequate roughage
· 避免应激




Avoid stress
