<H4 style="MARGIN: 14pt 0cm 14.5pt">1、考核奖惩办法</H4>
员工工资分为岗位工资和绩效工资，以班组为单位，由各班班长组织在班内的考核，假设某班组有N人（不含班长），则班组的绩效工资总额为200*N，班组内某员工月考核得分为A，班组人均考核得分为B，则该员工月工资总额T：
T＝岗位工资＋200*A/B
<H4 style="MARGIN: 14pt 0cm 14.5pt">2、推行该制度的原因</H4>
——原因1：该制度激励作用明显。原有的制度只是奖励第一名，惩罚最末名，只要不是最末一名就可以免受惩罚，不能从最大限度上激励员工努力工作；而该制度则是激励均值以上员工，惩罚均值以下员工，可以最大限度地发挥员工的能动性。
——原因2：本制度奖惩有章可依。依据工段考核规定进行扣分，如果发现奖罚不公平，可以向综合科投诉，经查明属实则对班组长当月“班组管理”项考核，从而督促班组长依章办事。
——原因3：该制度工资计算简单透明且员工易于理解和接受，通过EXCEL软件可以快速计算员工当月工资水平。
