Now we are searching more positions in R&D direction, including scientist and R&D Manager for European Company, which focus on Nutrition research.

For R&D Manager position: Below is the Key requirement of this position, please help me recommend some suitable candidates to me.

1.博士以上的学历(如果有国外的教育是Plus)，在专业上需要包含有chem这块的,另外如果是Nutrition and Parma的教育是最佳的。工作经验最好在10年以上的，年龄在40岁左右

2.研究方向：基础的研究和应用的研究（从DSM目前来看，他们的营养这块的研发是占到80%左右，所以在营养这块的研发经验也是非常重要的）

3.在chem这块的学术上要有一定的影响力，并且有一定的政府和学术界的network。

4.工作经历上有很强的管理经验和搭建team的工作经验
